Our company operates in the former mechanical maintenance premises of VÍTKOVICKÁ DOPRAVA a.s.. The primary focus of our company is the implementation of revision repairs of railway rolling stock. In addition to general revision repairs, we also offer technical inspections, repairs of superstructures or repairs of individual parts or parts of the railway rolling stock. We also have an underfloor lathe for reprofiling the wheels not only for railway rolling stock but also for cars of passenger rail transport or locomotives. The direction of our company is based on vision and strategy. At the beginning of our efforts, there is always the prediction of customer needs and the understanding of their wishes. Our company is based on the professional skills and competencies of all employees, so we can focus on the high quality of our services.

New departure point

We are at Terminal Mošnov!

We have already opened a fourth base for our mobile service, which is located at the newly built transshipment point for intermodal transport in Ostrava. We make quality railcar repairs more affordable.

In addition to the existing bases in Louny and Ostrava, two crews in Slovakia, based in Štúrovo, are newly added to the existing bases in Louny and Ostrava.

The year 2022 was marked by growth.

Last year we repaired 914 railway freight wagons. This means not only an increase in the number of repaired railway carriages, but also in the number of customers and the number of types of repaired railway vehicles.

At the same time, the number of suppliers has increased and, of course, the number of our employees.

Our services

Revision repairs and technical inspections of railway vehicles

The key activities of our services represent the revision repairs and inspections of railway freight wagons from the bottom of the wagon to the repairs of superstructures, including RID containers.

Mobile workshop

In-house repairs are the trend of the day. Thanks to the facilities of the repair shop, experienced technicians and fully equipped service vehicles, we are able to meet all requirements.

Surface treatment

We own both a large and small blasting station and a large and small heated paint shop. Thanks to this, we are able to meet even the most demanding customer requirements for surface finishes.

Reprofiling the wheelsets of railway freight wagons

Wheelset disassembly and its turning belong to the standard service. However, we also offer the second option – using the underfloor lathe enabling the reprofiling without the need to disassembly it.
